Andrea Shepard Conroy, managing partner of Rivertown Communications, has had over 30 years experience in advertising, marketing, and publishing. Prior to the creation of Rivertown Communications in 1984, Andrea was Advertising Officer for Provident Bank in Cincinnati and Vice President of J.D. Reynolds Company. Since creating Rivertown Communications, she has worked with over 100 small businesses and organizations to help them compete and grow by developing corporate identification systems, including logos, collateral material, corporate histories, and other printed material. In addition, Ms. Conroy is a published author, Sing a New Song, Zondervan, 1986 and has written several editorials for The Cincinnati Enquirer as part of the Your Voice column. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware.

Joan Hull
Owner, Hull Design Associates
Joan Hull has been the owner of Hull Design Associates since 1986. In addition to her work at many regional organizations, she and Ms. Conroy have worked together on numerous projects for over 22 years, including What's Happening!™ family.  Ms. Hull is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Art Academy.
